Activities

ACBC has identified the impotence of developing the properties they own as commercially viable projects, and has selected two projects for development initially, namely Mahawewa Project and Palathota Project, on which preliminary works have already commenced.

Mahawewa Project is (a) development of the neglected coconut estate of 30 acres, (b) development of the existing cattle farm and (c) development of other suitable commercial ventures that can utilize available resources.

Palathota Project is (a) development of the vocational training facility, (b) development of the existing coconut plantation and (c) introducing other suitable commercial activities at the location utilizing the resources available.
